| This bar feeder has been designed on all Swiss type machines. The front chuck, as well as the bar storage, are automatically controlled by simply digiting the relevant diameter on the PLC.
The upper guides, which do not need to be replaced, can be regulated manually, while the lower guides feature a quick change system allowing for reduced change over times.
Remnants are extracted by means of a self-centring ejector.
The maximum extractable remnant length is 500mm.
The bar feeder is equipped with a mechanical system for Swiss machine synchronisation. |
